Sell at auction
Any type of property, anywhere in the UK, with its own auction on a date that suits you.
Your own auction
Your property is the only lot. It is not one of a hundred in a catalogue, so buyers' attention is all on it.
A date that suits you
We set the bidding window around your plans, once the legal pack is ready.
Certainty
When bidding ends and the reserve is met, contracts are exchanged. The buyer cannot pull out.
Speed
Completion normally follows within 28 days of the auction.
Any type of property
Houses, flats, land, farms, shops, offices, industrial units, mixed use buildings and development sites.
You stay in control
You agree the guide price and the reserve with us. Below the reserve, your property does not sell.
How it works
- 1
Tell us about the property
Send the form. We reply within one working day.
- 2
Agree the guide and reserve
We look at the property and recent sales and agree the figures with you.
- 3
Prepare the legal pack
Your solicitor puts together the title, searches and special conditions.
- 4
Marketing and viewings
We photograph and list the property, and arrange viewings for buyers.
- 5
Auction day
Bidding runs online. Late bids extend the clock, so everyone gets a fair chance.
- 6
Exchange and completion
When the reserve is met, contracts are exchanged at the end of bidding. Completion follows.
Seller fees are agreed with you before anything is listed. The winning bidder pays a deposit of 10% of the purchase price (minimum £5,000) and a buyer's fee of £1,500 plus VAT.
