FinalBid runs this website. Company details will be added here before launch.

• Account details: name, email, phone, address and password (stored only as a secure hash)
• ID documents you upload so we can check your identity
• Bids you place and the time of each bid
• Messages and seller enquiries you send us
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, to keep the site secure

• To run auctions and record bids
• To meet legal duties, including anti-money-laundering checks
• To reply to your enquiries
• To email you about lots, only if you asked us to

The seller and their solicitor if you win a lot; ID-check, email and hosting providers who work for us; and the authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

Records needed for anti-money-laundering rules are kept for five years. Other data is kept only as long as needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact form or by email at bid@finalbid.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
