Using this website
These terms cover your use of the FinalBid website. Bidding is also covered by our auction rules and each lot's legal pack.
Information on the site
We take care to keep lot information accurate, but descriptions, photos, plans and guide prices are for guidance only and do not form part of any contract. Check everything yourself before you bid.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for bids placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Deposit and buyer's fee
If you win a lot, you pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price (minimum £5,000) and a buyer's fee of £1,500 plus VAT within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The full rules are in our auction rules.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
